Our 24,500 square-foot Adult Center houses state of the art equipment and facilities. Your Adult Center Membership will provide you with access to all of the following:

• Treadmills
• Elliptical Trainers
• Stationary Bikes
• Stairmasters
• Weight Machines
• Dumbbells (up to 70lbs)
• Heated Lap Pool (86 degrees year-round)
• Outdoor Hot Tub
• Stability Balls
• Four Racquetball Courts
• Sauna and Steam Rooms (located in the locker rooms)
• FREE Day Use Lockers
• 32 Group Exercise Classes each week (including Pilates, yoga, step, body blast, spinning, water aerobics, weight training and senior specific classes)

 

Conveniently located inside the Adult Center is also a full-service salon and massage therapists.

 

You must be 18 years old to workout in the adult center.

Adult Center Hours

Monday through Thursday:  5:00 am to 10:00 pm
Friday:  5:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday:  7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday:  8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Adult Center Pool Hours

Monday through Friday:  5:00 am to 8:30 pm (8:00 pm in winter)
Saturday:  7:00 am to 6:30 pm
Sunday:  8:00 am to 5:30 pm
